ALL SALES FINAL – NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the limited-edition and made-to-order nature of our merchandise, all purchases are final. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming product selection, sizing, shipping address, and billing information prior to placing an order. Orders cannot be modified once submitted.

Orders may only be canceled in the event of a verified material error prior to fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order that is flagged as high-risk, fraudulent, or in violation of our policies.

No refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
If a refund or resolution is approved at our discretion under exceptional circumstances, it will be provided exclusively as store credit or a digital gift card, which has no cash value and is non-transferable.

No inventory is held for size corrections or exchanges.

Footwear orders are processed within 7–21 business days and ship within 3–5 business days thereafter (delivery times vary by destination). Certain items, including pre-orders or limited releases, may require up to 90 days for production, as disclosed in the product description.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to these terms and confirms that they have reviewed the product details, fulfillment timelines, and refund limitations prior to checkout.
